With the consultation of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Palestinian Center for the Independence of The Judiciary and the Legal Profession- Musawa is honored to invite you to attend and participate in the Third Conference on Palestinian Justice entitled “A Suitable Constitutional Judiciary System for Palestine and the Need for a Constitutional Court as a requirement to build a Palestinian State.”

The conference will include several legal papers regarding the above topic and will be presented by a group of international law experts from Britain, Switzerland, Northern Ireland, and the Netherlands. In addition to a number of presentations by Palestinian and Arab law experts from Egypt and Jordan. The conference will be broadcasted through video conference among the cities of Ramallah, Gaza, Amman and Cairo.

Date: 13th and 14th of December, 2009.
Location: The Palestinian Red Crescent Society Hall, Al-Bireh, Jerusalem Street.
