The New Decree Law Entails a Direct Contravention of the Constitutional Court Act Provisions   Mr. President has issued a new decree-law amending the constitutional court act, which was previously amended by a preceding decree-law. The new decree law No (7) of 2019 was issued on 7/3/2019 and was published in the edition no 153 of the Palestinian official gazette on 26/3/2019, in which it was provided to start working by its provisions since that date.
