“Law and Justice” is a quarterly journal. It includes a section for research studies; a section concerning new legal decisions or litigation with commentary; as well as articles on various legal issues. Articles and papers published in this magazine consist of known Palestinian and Regional experts in the legal field. The journal is divided into four sections: an introduction; “legal studies”; commentary on civil court decisions; and “legal dialogue.” The introduction is typically a letter from the director explaining what went into making publication possible and what the most important parts of the journal are.
